Pat McGrath Skin

For this editorial shoot, I recreated Pat McGrath’s iconic glass skin look as part of a tea party–themed concept led by a fashion styling student. The goal was to bring a surreal, high-fashion finish to a whimsical setting — combining softness with striking luminosity.

I focused on achieving a hyper-glossy, almost liquid finish on the skin using layering techniques and precise highlight placement. The result was a dewy, reflective complexion that felt both otherworldly and editorial — adding a modern, ethereal edge to the vintage-inspired styling of the shoot.
